We are thrilled to announce that DMCC has now introduced QR-coded electronic documents to enhance your experience with our services. As part of this update, we will be issuing select electronic documents with QR codes when you submit any of the following Service Requests (SRs) on the DMCC Member Portal:
Adoption of Articles of Association
Share Transfer
Change of Details of Shareholders and Officers
Change of Company Name
Increase In Share Capital with New Shareholders
Increase and Decrease of Share Capital
New Company Setup (Individual, Branch, and Subsidiary)
These electronic QR-coded documents will include Articles of Association, Share Certificates, Certificates of Establishment, and Certificates of Registration as part of the SRs mentioned above. This new system will streamline the process, eliminating the need for verification via reference number. With the QR code, third parties and/or members can simply scan the code to verify the document.
In addition to the QR-coded documents, we are also introducing further updates to improve your experience with the above-mentioned service requests. These updates include:
Adding an option for clients to appoint a Power of Attorney holder (POA) during the SR submission stage. This will enable POA holders to e-sign documents, just like other signatories, and at their convenience.
Disabling the “in-person” document signing option. All electronic documents will now be available on the DMCC Member Portal for easy viewing and downloading.
At Walton Consultants, we are committed to providing you with efficient and convenient services. We believe that these updates will further enhance your experience and make your interactions with us even smoother. We look forward to continuing to serve you with our improved system and QR-coded electronic documents.
