The essence of the service is as follows: upon arrival, tourists independently approach the MarhabaService counter located in the main hall of the terminal. MarhabaService employees take tourists to a separate line for eye scans and passport control. They help to get luggage from the conveyor.
Silver meet & greet
Meeting at the entrance to the terminal building with a sign of the tourist’s name. Then, accompanied by an Ahlan Service employee, passengers proceed to the retinal scan area. They do this procedure passing a separate queue. Then passengers are carried to Ahlan Lounge – a hall in which you can comfortably accommodate and relax. They are offered refreshments, tea and coffee. An employee of Ahlan Service goes through all customs procedures with passports and visas of tourists and receives their baggage. Then the passengers are led through a separate exit. If desired, passengers can enter Duty Free. Then they are escorted to the exit from the airport to the meeting point with the host company or before the transfer.
Al Majlis Lounge (VIP)
On arrival, tourists are met directly at the plane gangway or at the entrance to the airport building (at the exit of the & quot; sleeves & quot;) in white national clothes with a sign indicating the name and surname.
