The new requirement for all companies registered with RAKIA was announced. All companies are requested to open their own post office box under their trade name. The deadline for opening is the second of July or the time of license renewal if it is earlier.

In this case the most important thing that all postal mails will not be received on the post office box number 31291 by RAKIA anymore. The authority warned companies that all postal emails will be destroyed if the companies do not collect it within one month from the second of June.

According to our information it is still not resolved the issue with respect to the obligation of office post box for offshore companies registered in RAKIA.
